Frances is a Brooklyn based dance artist interested in uncovering mysteries of lineage, heritage, and the blood through movement and performance. She draws on her upbringing in rural Indiana to depict imageries of desolation and seclusion that defined her visual landscape for most of her life.

Her work has been shown at Movement Research, Arts on Site, Creature Space, Symphony Space, the Athenaeum Theatre (Chicago, IL), and the Eskenazi School of Architecture (Bloomington, IN). She has performed in works by Petra Zanki, Bill T. Jones, Lina Lapelytė, Lilli Dekker/Owen Prum, Amelia Heintzelman/Leah Fournier, Lulu Munteanu, Chloe Sonnet Brown, Abby Nelson and more.
